In this role you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing future state designs, writing user stories, and more across various business areas.</p><p>This is a hands-on position.</p><p><br></p><p>Your Work:</p><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead the analysis of hard to complex business level requirements/user stories to translate into platform solutions and configuration with limited or no supervision</li><li>Provide input in cross-functional sessions to assess requirements and propose out-of-the-box platform solution options. Ensure traceability of solutions back to performance goals and metrics</li><li>Define and configure prototype solutions</li><li>Responsible for configuration and quality assurance of low to moderately complex solutions using best practice and low-code platform configuration</li><li>Facilitate troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to meet SLAs</li><li>Act as the liaison between IT and business areas in support of extensions and service packs</li><li>Provide platform administration to support day-to-day operations including end user support. user access management. system configuration. and platform performance in partnership with IT</li><li>Support the efforts of Internal Audit and Compliance with regards to their requirements from the supported platforms</li><li>Continually evaluate and analyze systems applications and make recommendations for improvements and modifications to ensure optimum functioning of implemented systems</li><li>Leverage agile methodology and skill in business solution design to drive business requirements workshops and story writing</li><li>Look to understand and improve business process rather than simple lift and shift approaches</li><li>Conduct testing to validate the Salesforce platform is functioning as expected</li><li>Research, advise, and document on best practices for Salesforce solutions and remain current on Salesforce.com releases and new features</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Knowledge and Experience: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience</li><li>Requires advanced knowledge in the Salesforce software platform and a minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform</li><li>2 years Salesforce System Administrator experience</li><li>Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Certification</li><li>Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Communication – 2 yrs</li><li>Requires experience in platform administration, solutioning, configuration, product management or technology implementation using agile development life cycle (SDLC) protocols</li><li>Experience with agile methodologies and release tools preferred</li><li>Experience with data analytics preferred</li><li>Requires a Salesforce Administrator certification.
