Hours will be 10am -7pm EST

As a member of the Data, Reporting, & Analytics department, this role will be primarily responsible for supporting the Deal Setup team, including the managing, analyzing, and loading of data files, as well as obtaining, combining, and processing of the corresponding image files. Additionally, the role may assist in setting up new users, and generally supports business operations.

In the case that this role is to also include media functions, that will require managing, analyzing, and extracting of data and image files from physical media, as well as managing receipt, storage, and return of physical media.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Must be able to work 10am -7pm EST
  • Load Excel data into operational systems and ensure correct mapping is utilized.
  • Assist in image processing and loading image files to operational systems.
  • Create and maintain file directories.
  • Review, identify and ascertain quality/viability of loan image files.
  • Access loan image files throughout the company image database.
  • Create inventory of image & data files, combine image files, and load to operational systems.
  • Ensure inventory results are provided in a timely manner and reported as per established protocol.
  • Work with Client Service Managers to ensure all items required for tasking have been provided by the client.
  • Transfer data and image files, as well as troubleshoot inventory issues.
  • Ensure data and files are maintained in consistent formats within the company database and image network.
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

This role may include media functions as well, including but not limited to the following:

  • Receive and log shipments with new media for the deal setup team’s workflow.
  • Assist in extraction and transfer of image files to operational systems.
  • Review, analyze, and report on current server capacity across multiple drive shares for the Deal Setup team to plan space for upcoming workflow.
  • Manage and coordinate file archiving operations as a part of regular server capacity maintenance.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate-level support staff with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Preferred experience in a technology-based environment.
  • Experience working within the mortgage industry is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Experience with Access or SQL preferred, but not required.
  • Capable of creating and manipulating spreadsheets, including pivot tables, v-look ups, and utilize reporting tools and queries to support data and image file tasking. Should have a strong analytical ability, good judgment, and ability to exercise strategic and multidimensional thinking.
  • Needs to be detail oriented and very well organized.
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

This role may include the following additional qualification/requirements for media functions:

  • Experience and knowledge with establishing and managing drive mappings for external and internal drives.
  • Capable of troubleshooting basic network issues at both a computer and server level.
  • Basic understanding of various Windows server platforms, specifically Windows Server 2012 r2 and 2016, among others.
  • Additionally, a working knowledge of troubleshooting in Windows 10/11 is necessary to support troubleshooting imaging issues.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$25.00 - $28.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
