Google Ads Specialist + Pod Leader (2 Roles), Remote Job

No other job posts for this day.

The Role

This is a dual role. You'll run your own book of ecommerce accounts hands-on — Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube Ads and Demand Gen — while also leading a small pod of media buyers and owning their account performance.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategy, campaign builds, creative direction and performance on your own ecommerce accounts

  • Run YouTube Ads and Demand Gen campaigns end to end

  • Lead a pod of media buyers — their results are your results

  • Run weekly account reviews, catch underperformance early, and step in hands-on when an account needs a reset

  • Coach your buyers on YouTube and Demand Gen campaign structure, creative testing and scaling

  • Join client calls when a senior voice is needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years running Google Ads for ecommerce brands

  • Genuine YouTube Ads and Demand Gen experience at meaningful spend — this is essential. Search and Shopping only won't be enough for this role

  • Track record of scaling accounts, not just maintaining them

  • Experience leading, mentoring or reviewing the work of other media buyers

  • An incredibly hard worker who moves fast, takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told

  • Strong communicator — direct and clear in writing and on calls

Why GrowthEdge

  • Real autonomy over your accounts and your pod

  • Work directly with founders who've built and scaled ecommerce brands themselves

  • Fast-growing agency with a clear path as the team expands

How to Apply

Along with your CV, tell us about the best YouTube Ads or Demand Gen account you've run — the spend, what you changed, and what happened. Applications without this won't be reviewed.
