What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases
  • Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress
  • Review reports and session notes
  • Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes
  • Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques

What We’re Looking For

  • BCBA certification from the BACB
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
  • Ability to complete assessments and reassessments in person
