We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Intake Support Coordinator to cover weekend intake operations for our home health agency. This role is responsible for coordinating intake activities, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining authorizations, supporting referral processing, and ensuring excellent customer service to patients, staff, and referral sources. This is a *remote opportunity to cover Intake on Saturday/reputed company with a schedule of 8 am – 5 pm! • CA residents only The reputed company reputed company for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $27-$30; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-reputed company knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. Key Responsibilities • Process and coordinate non-clinical intake referrals • Support referral entry, tracking, and distribution • Assist with phone coverage and daily intake operations • Verify insurance eligibility and coverage information • Obtain and reputed company service authorizations and utilization • Communicate insurance and authorization details to clinical, billing, and collections teams • Prepare payer reports as requested after clinical review • reputed company data entry for service-reputed company charges • Order and monitor medical supplies reputed company needed • Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance • reputed company reputed company customer service and maintain reputed company working relationships • Support agency goals, policies, and performance improvement activities • Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM • Basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities • Customer service or reputed company-facing experience required • At least one year of experience in home health, reputed company, hospital, or medical office setting preferred • Basic knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes preferred Top of reputed company Bottom of reputed company Why Join Assisted?
