As the **IT group manager** for the Claims IT organization, you'll supervise IT activities for over 60 IT professionals, including IT managers who design, maintain, and enhance the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) process used by our 35,000+ Claims representatives and customers. You'll collaborate with business and IT partners and strategic IT vendors to align technology with Claims' business objectives. You'll also support Claims initiatives to make our FNOL and related processes more customer-friendly and drive industry-leading efficiencies.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting or training.

  • *Must-have qualifications**
  • Minimum seven years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of four years of work experience leading or managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
  • *Preferred skills**
  • Demonstrated success leading large and diverse teams, managing IT managers, and sponsoring and delivering $50 million technology solutions using Scrum that enable business strategies.
  • Experience with product management organizational strategies.
  • Extensive experience leading teams using agile scrum and SAFe principles.
  • Strong people orientation and talent development experience with proven ability to build and nurture an engaging, inclusive, and high-trust environment.
  • Deep experience with First Notice of Loss (FNOL) processes, including end‑to‑end dependencies across platforms, systems, and business workflows.
  • *Compensation**
  • $129,200 - $184,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
  • Participation in our restricted stock units plan
