This role serves as the execution lead for CMN, coordinating across teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple CMN initiatives
  • Drive execution against key priorities including ad tech rollout, campaign pilots, and partner launches
  • Maintain clear visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
  • Act as the day-to-day integrator across Media, Product, Partnerships, Technology, Legal, and Finance
  • Route requests to the appropriate teams and ensure seamless handoffs and accountability
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain momentum
  • Ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and execution standards with agency and external partners
  • Track partner deliverables and drive accountability through completion
  • Establish and maintain operational rhythms including status updates, working sessions, and executive readouts
  • Implement structured processes, documentation, and governance to support scale
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards, experience guardrails, and compliance requirements
  • Deliver concise, executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and readouts
  • Provide clear escalation paths and decision support for CMN leadership
  • Ensure consistent communication across internal stakeholders and external partners

Skills

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in media, advertising, digital, or platform environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
  • Strong experience coordinating with external agencies or vendors
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • High level of executional rigor, attention to detail, and accountability
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
