You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals including designers, developers, and content creators to achieve project goals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction, as well as mitigating risks and issues that may arise during project execution, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensuring deliverables meet our standards of quality. To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of web development, and design, and be adept at communicating and leading cross-functional teams.</p> </div> <p><strong>Your Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Overseeing and managing the successful delivery of multiple development and maintenance projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agency standards</li> <li>Leading and managing cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content creators, and strategists to ensure project success</li> <li>Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracking progress against project goals</li> <li>Managing client relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle, including setting and managing client expectations</li> <li>Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans as needed</li> <li>Ensuring that projects are delivered to a high-quality standard, including conducting quality assurance reviews and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>A look at the types of projects you will be responsible for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Retainer clients who are continuously evolving, expanding, and enhancing their brand and website.
