This is a highly visible role that combines financial stewardship with operational execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both analyzing numbers and improving business processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>As the Finance & Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the business while ensuring products move efficiently from our global manufacturing partners to our customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Finance & Accounting</strong></p><p>• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.</p><p>• Assist with monthly and year-end financial close processes.</p><p>• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and operational analyses.</p><p>• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning.</p><p>• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.</p><p>• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support business decisions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Supply Chain & Inventory</strong></p><p>• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory investment.</p><p>• Analyze inventory performance and recommend replenishment strategies.</p><p>• Generate and manage purchase orders for inventory replenishment and private label programs.</p><p>• Coordinate international shipments by working closely with freight forwarders, overseas manufacturing partners, and internal teams.</p><p>• Track inbound shipments and proactively resolve transportation, customs, or logistics issues.</p><p>• Maintain production schedules and delivery timelines with factory partners.</p><p>• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning.</p><p>• Continuously identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.</p><p>• Experience managing inventory, purchase orders, and vendor relationships.</p><p>• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze financial and operational data.</p><p>• Experience with ERP, accounting, or inventory management systems is preferred.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both domestic and international business partners.</p><p>• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why MUkitchen?</strong></p><p>At MUkitchen, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing company where your contributions are highly visible.
