Title: Airtable Expert Needed to Build Content & Marketing Asset Database

I’m looking for an Airtable expert and systems-minded operator to build a searchable content database for an established digital education company.

This is NOT a social media manager role.

This is NOT a content creation role.

I need someone who can design and build a system that organizes years of content, marketing assets, automations, emails, and business resources into one searchable Airtable database.

The goal is to create a system where content and assets can be easily located, filtered, and reused.

Responsibilities:

• Design Airtable structure and database architecture

• Build dashboards, views, and filtering systems

• Create relationships between content, assets, automations, and business resources

• Develop a scalable system that can continue growing over time

• Import and organize existing assets

• Recommend improvements to organization and workflow

Requirements:

• Advanced Airtable experience

• Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills

• Experience building databases, knowledge bases, content libraries, or business operating systems

• Ability to work independently and make thoughtful organizational decisions

• Excellent attention to detail
