Summary

The Turnkey Solutions Manager is responsible for providing clients with a well-rounded planning and service experience. You will be in a lead and/or supporting role in the planning and execution of the turnkey program as part of events, providing support, consultation and high-level logistics coordination. You will execute the event plan in alignment with the client’s budget.

This position will support our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Consult with show organizer teams on package options and assist with “package slick” creation for exhibitor manuals/websites.
  • Lead and manage turnkey team on complex events.
  • Act as single point of contact for customer graphic asset collection, structural upgrades and oversight of sold packages.
  • Work with exhibitors directly to provide consultation on available graphic areas for purchase and/or production.
  • Establish meeting cadence with show organizer team to provide regular updates.
  • Liaison between exhibitors and Graphic Production and Operations.
  • Submit orders for 3rd party vendors included in packages.
  • Maintain high proficiency in writing tickets in Passport & TSS.
  • Create and maintain Airtable to track status of project.
  • Manage budget for turnkey areas as assigned.
  • Act as principal point of contact for on-site management of turnkey exhibits.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and internal departments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to exhibitors.
  • Participate in post-show debrief & provide feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or project management within the tradeshow or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple internal and external systems.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
