Role Description

We are hiring a Crypto Payment Operations Specialist (Remote, US) to oversee cryptocurrency payment operations, digital asset transaction processing, and blockchain payment workflows across the organization's financial ecosystem.

This role will ensure the secure, accurate, and efficient execution of cryptocurrency payments while supporting operational excellence across digital asset transfers, wallet management, compliance processes, and payment infrastructure. The successful candidate will collaborate with finance, compliance, technology, and customer operations teams to optimize blockchain payment systems and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, and blockchain payment transactions
  • Manage digital asset wallets and ensure secure handling of customer funds
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, failed transactions, and blockchain network issues
  • Monitor transaction activity for accuracy, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency
  • Support cryptocurrency settlement, reconciliation, and payment reporting processes
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to support AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring requirements
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to improve blockchain payment infrastructure and automation
  • Monitor blockchain network performance, transaction fees, and confirmation times
  • Prepare operational reports, payment analytics, and process improvement recommendations
  • Stay informed on cryptocurrency payment technologies, blockchain protocols, and regulatory developments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in payment operations, fintech, cryptocurrency exchanges, or digital asset platforms
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions, and digital asset wallets
  • Familiarity with Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, and other major blockchain networks
  • Knowledge of payment operations, transaction reconciliation, and operational risk management
  • Experience with blockchain explorers, cryptocurrency payment platforms, and digital asset custody solutions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Compensation Salary range: $90,000–$130,000 USD per year, depending on experience and expertise in cryptocurrency payment operations, blockchain technology, and digital asset infrastructure.
