At Crawford Group we believe in developing collaborative customer relationships to create the best talent solution for their marketing organization’s needs.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>The Marketing & Sales Technology Specialist owns the technology, automation, reporting, and digital infrastructure that powers our go-to-market efforts.</li><li>This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations.</li><li>You'll manage our website, CRM, marketing automation, lead lifecycle, sequence creation, reporting, and technology integrations while partnering closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation, pipeline growth, and operational efficiency.</li><li>The ideal candidate enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.</li><li>To be successful, you must be naturally curious, data-driven, and a systems thinker. One day you may be optimizing website conversions, the next building a HubSpot workflow, creating executive dashboards, or improving CRM data quality.</li><li>This role exists to help marketing and sales achieve goals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li><li>3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or a similar role.</li><li><strong>Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone and be available during Pacific business hours.</strong></li><li>Must be comfortable with using AI to optimize your strategic thinking and improve work outcomes.</li><li>Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, forms, lists, reporting, and dashboards.</li><li>Experience managing WordPress websites, including content updates, landing pages, UX improvements, and SEO best practices.</li><li>Experience building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, lead capture, and marketing automation.</li><li>Experience managing lead lifecycle processes, including lead routing, segmentation, qualification, and CRM data management.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive business decisions.</li><li>Experience interpreting marketing, sales, and website performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM data governance, process documentation, and operational best practices.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data and reliable reporting.</li><li>A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation, process optimization, and operational excellence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub certifications.</li><li>Experience creating selling sequences.</li><li>Experience with Apollo, Alta, or similar sales engagement and prospecting platforms.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.</li><li>Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.</li><li>Experience with WordPress hosting platforms such as WP Engine and domain management through GoDaddy.</li><li>Experience with Yoast SEO or other SEO optimization tools.</li><li>Extensive experience using AI platforms to enhance work outcomes.</li><li>Comfortable working with project management software such as Asana, Airtable, etc.</li><li>Experience in a B2B professional services, technology, SaaS, or agency environment.</li><li>Experience implementing or managing CRM and marketing technology integrations.</li><li>Working knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong><em> </em>Can work remotely from within U.S. in Mountain or Pacific Time-Zones</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> Full-time, 40 hrs.. pr/wk.</p><p><strong>Rate: </strong>$70,000 Pr Yr as a W2, Direct Hire of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible</p><p><br></p><p>C<em>ommitted to Diversity.</em></p><p><em>We believe in approaching every interaction with honor, respect, and positive intent.
