We currently manage over £10M in annual paid media spend for brands including Lucky Saint, Fem Fuelz, Butter & Crust, Four Five and Aromatherapy. While we’re best known for our work across Meta and TikTok, Paid Search is a critical growth channel within our ecosystem, and we’re investing heavily in building world-class Google Ads capabilities across our client portfolio. As a Paid Search Media Buyer, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen. You’ll work closely with Growth Strategists, Creative Strategists and founders to drive profitable customer acquisition and unlock new growth opportunities through search intent and demand capture. The Role: We’re looking for an ambitious Paid Search Media Buyer who wants more than simply managing campaigns. You’ll be joining a high-performance team focused on scaling some of the UK’s most exciting consumer brands. You’ll have significant ownership over client performance and will play a key role in shaping acquisition strategy across Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical platform expertise with commercial thinking and a genuine passion for growth. Requirements Google Ads Strategy & Execution - Build, manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen. - Conduct regular account audits and strategic reviews. - Create testing roadmaps focused on scaling performance and improving efficiency. - Identify opportunities to improve account structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies and budget allocation. - Continuously optimise campaigns using platform data, attribution insights and commercial performance indicators. - Ensure campaigns are aligned with agreed KPIs and growth objectives. Data, Measurement & Analysis. - Analyse Google Ads, GA4, Shopify and attribution platform data to drive decision-making. - Produce actionable insights and recommendations that influence client growth strategies. - Monitor performance trends and proactively identify risks and opportunities. - Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and reporting frameworks are maintained. - Leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflow efficiency and campaign performance. Testing & Innovation - Build structured experimentation frameworks across campaigns, audiences, creative assets and landing pages. - Establish clear hypotheses, testing methodologies and success criteria. - Document and communicate learnings across the wider team. - Stay ahead of industry developments, platform updates and emerging acquisition opportunities. Operational Excellence - Maintain exceptional account organisation, structure and hygiene. - Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and efficiently. - Manage multiple client accounts whilst maintaining consistently high standards. - Contribute to process development and operational improvements as Launch With Us continues to scale. You’ll Thrive Here If You Have: - 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands. - Proven track record managing six and seven-figure annual advertising budgets. - Strong expertise across Search, Shopping and Performance Max. - Experience working within a performance marketing agency or high-growth DTC brand. - Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics including CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, LTV and AOV. - Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam and GA4. - Experience using AI tools to enhance campaign management and operational efficiency. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
