REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager Commercial Finance (W&S) in Dallas, TX

This role supports the Commercial Finance and W&S Category teams by delivering structured analysis of financial and non-financial data to drive strategic decision-making. Acting as a business partner to the Commercial and End Markets teams, it provides financial modeling, budget support, performance analysis, and commercial insights. The position is also responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and relevant delivery of both statutory and management financial information to support business performance and planning.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities across the W&S business, ensuring sound financial performance and decision-making.

  • Act as the primary Finance Business Partner for commercial and functional leaders, providing financial insights, strategic recommendations, and decision support to drive business growth.

  • Own P&L performance management, including oversight of operating expenses, capital investments, trade investments, and marketing expenditures.

  • Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives by supporting pricing strategies, profitability analysis, investment optimization, and commercial decision-making.

  • Evaluate business opportunities and investment proposals, ensuring strong financial returns, clear payback periods, and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial governance processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

  • Develop and maintain financial models, performance dashboards, and business insights using SAP, Power BI, and other analytics tools.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, E-commerce, Trade, Operations, and Global Finance teams to support business planning and execution.

  • Conduct profitability, margin, and value chain analyses, including cost of goods sold (COGS) evaluation and operational performance tracking.

  • Support strategic projects, business development initiatives, and potential M&A opportunities through financial analysis, valuation, and commercial assessments.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Revenue Growth Management, or related finance functions within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with commercial teams and influencing business decisions through financial insights.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, profitability drivers, investment analysis, and business performance management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with SAP and Power BI.
  • Experience building and interpreting financial models, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial information and communicate recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and evolving business environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Beneficial

  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), pricing strategy, trade investment management, or commercial excellence initiatives.
  • Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, beverage, tobacco, wellness, or comparable high-volume industries.
  • Exposure to supply chain, marketing, commercial operations, or category management functions.
  • Strong digital and business intelligence capabilities, including Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar analytics platforms.
