Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review individual tax returns
  • Communicate with clients regarding required tax documents
  • Upload and organize client files securely
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and IRS regulations

RequirementsRequired
  • Must obtain a PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number)

Training & Support

All preparers receive onboarding and tax preparation training through EZ FILE NOW systems and educational platforms. Training includes tax law basics, software navigation, compliance procedures, and client workflow management.

Preparers are also guided through onboarding requirements including PTIN registration, compliance documents, and IRS training modules.
