Traveling B2B Affiliate Representative (Field Sales) | Remote + U.S. Travel - Contract to Hire

We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building long-term business relationships, conducting in-person training, and generating new business opportunities. This role requires frequent travel throughout the United States and is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives in the field.

What You'll Do:

- Travel to affiliate partners, including car dealerships, mortgage companies, and real estate offices.

- Conduct short (5–10 minute) one-on-one training sessions with partner sales representatives.

- Build strong relationships with partner teams to increase engagement and referrals.

- Generate 25–50 qualified leads during each one-week on-site visit.

- Visit nearby dealerships and businesses to recruit new affiliate partners.

- When not traveling, conduct Zoom meetings to onboard new partners and provide ongoing support to existing affiliates.

- Represent Crowned Credit professionally while helping grow our affiliate program.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, or B2B sales.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable traveling regularly throughout the United States.

- Confident presenting, training, and networking with business professionals.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus:

- Automotive sales

- Mortgage lending

- Real estate

- Credit repair

- Financial services

What Success Looks Like

During a typical one-week visit to a partner location, you'll be expected to:

- Generate 25–50 qualified leads.

- Successfully train partner representatives on our program.

- Build lasting relationships that drive ongoing referral business.

Compensation:

-Base pay: $3,000–$5,000 per month (depending on experience)

- Performance-based bonuses and incentives

- Travel expenses covered for approved business travel

Preferred Location:

Candidates located near a major U.S. airport are preferred, with Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA being ideal home bases.
