We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented U.S.-based Virtual Assistant to help manage social media accounts, content posting, engagement, and day-to-day account operations.

This is a paid trial opportunity with the potential for long-term work as we continue to grow and add new clients.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor multiple social media accounts

Schedule and publish content

Perform daily engagement activities

Track account performance and maintain spreadsheets

Organize content and assets

Follow SOPs and established workflows

Communicate updates through Slack

Assist with general account management tasks

Stay up to date with social media trends and platform best practices

Identify issues, opportunities, or content that may need attention

Requirements:

Must be located in the United States

Strong understanding of U.S. culture, trends, and social media platforms

Excellent written English

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Reliable and responsive communicator

Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities

Experience with social media management preferred

Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Slack
